Recruitment Process
Please familiarise yourself with ZACH 'S CARE 's Skilled Worker Recruitment Process and what you need to do, to obtain a Sponsorship Visa to come and work in the UK.

Please note the process may take up to 3 months
Step 1
Candidates should send the following documents to human.resources@zachcareltd.com:

ZACH 'S CARE application form, completed in full including full employment history from leaving school.

DBS Application, completed in full.
-
Health and Fitness Form, completed in full
-
Evidence of police clearance from country of residence and/or country of origin
-
Evidence of passed IELTS/ English Test
-
Completion of Care training or evidence of care work undertaken in a regulated work establishment

Names of referees for the last 5 years where one must include your line manager for your current or last position (this should be identified on your CV and application form)

Passport size picture of yourself for ID purposes
-
Copy of a valid passport
-
Evidence of TB test result
-
Driving License with at least 3 years post qualifying experience

Step 2
Upon receipt of the candidate's documents, our team will verify and review all information sent.
If shortlisted, this will involve an interview with the prospective candidate.
If we are satisfied, the candidate will be offered a conditional offer of employment (subject to satisfactory references and completion/passing of all training modules).
When a conditional offer of employment is made, the candidate will be notified and advised to make payment for their specialist training and administration costs.
We advise that you ensure that you have funds available before you send in your application form. If successful, the offer of employment can be offered within 3 days from submission of application.
Please note that the recruitment team will only respond to applications for successful candidates. If you have not heard from the Recruitment Team after 3 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
OUR FEES AND CHARGES
ZACH 'S CARE reserves the right to charge for administration and training which gives candidates access to online mandatory and specialist training modules.

Step 3
Candidates will be invited to a meeting with the Directors of ZACH 'S CARE. This will be via Google Meet.
Candidates should provide evidence of the following:

Funds available in their account to pay for their flight

Funds available in their account for at least one month's living expenses, equivalent to £1500 (these are living expenses for the first month, upon arrival)
Step 4
Upon successful interview and job offer, ZACH 'S CARE will issue an Employment Contract and a Certificate of Sponsorship upon receipt of the signed contract.
Candidates are expected to notify ZACH 'S CARE within 24 hours of collecting their passport containing their visa
Candidates are expected to confirm their travel arrangements within 48 hours of obtaining their visa.
The travel date must be within agreed time frame discussed at interview stage.
Step 5
ZACH 'S CARE will support with sourcing of appropriate UK accommodation, if required.
Candidates are expected to have funds to pay for their accommodation

First months living expenses, equivalent to £1500, will enable the candidate to pay their rent, rental deposit, and household provisions.
