You can make a formal complaint if you are a service user, carer or relative, or if you have been affected or are likely to be affected by something ZACH'S CARE has done or should have done.

If you are contacting us on behalf of a relative or friend, we may need to obtain their consent to carry out an investigation.

Get Involved!
This is among our more classic offerings at ZACH'S CARE. Since setting it up as part of our service, we’ve been surprised to see how quickly our Satisfaction Guaranteed weekly meetings with staff and residents have led to a marked improvement in the services we provide. By allowing frank, open sessions for all to participate and complain or compliment our service, we are now able to focus more on what our service users desire.
